Worldwide visas are comprised of travel documents that give unrestricted passage from one country to another. As global organisations and industries invite workers from around the world and open offices all over the world, migration and travels between countries are becoming increasingly popular. Obtaining the different worldwide visas for travel or immigration, however, can be a very lengthy and confusing process.
Many countries offer temporary jobs for foreign workers. These workers need different worldwide visas. However, restrictions change and often vary, according to the traveller’s nationality. To find out if a country that one intends on visiting requires a visa, one needs to give the consulate a call or visit websites for information. It is advisable to do this before the intended travel to avoid delays.
Many of the worldwide visas are usually held by diplomats, government officials, and business people who make frequent trips. Transit rules and regulations are officially determined by the authorities of the country that is being visited. They can also differ in accordance with the airlines that the traveller is using.
The traveller would be well informed if they call the airline before travel if they plan on using a worldwide visa. For example, for a transit visa, one may receive conflicting information from different airlines as individual airlines will maintain their own regulations on the necessity of a transit visa. Rules and regulation on worldwide visas are purely given on the discretion of individual airlines. It is not surprising for a certain airline to insist that a certain traveller of a specific nationality have a transit visa whilst another airline would not request this type of visa.
